  • Fabric sourcing (NS, Dry Fit, Cotton, and blends)

  • Customization services such as printing and embroidery

All services are subject to availability and order confirmation.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed only after final design approval, quantity confirmation, and advance payment, as mutually agreed.

  • Any changes requested after confirmation may affect pricing, delivery timelines, or feasibility.

  • Free sampling, if offered, is applicable only for confirmed orders.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted based on fabric, design, quantity, and customization requirements.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before production begins.

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to order complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Stitch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the client upon dispatch.

6. Quality & Variations

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, sizing, or print may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable.

  • Samples and digital mockups are for reference purposes only.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per mutually agreed terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and artwork provided by clients remain the property of the client.

  • The Stitch Studio reserves the right to use non-confidential product images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Stitch Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Confidentiality

All client information, designs, and business details shared with The Stitch Studio are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

12. Amendments

The Stitch Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on this website.
